James' Metaphor

This is a tuk tuck. It is used as a taxi in Thailand where my daughter just completed her teaching degree. She brought this model for me to build as a reminder of our time there this last Christmas.
The model comes flat packed and you need to shape and assemble...carefully.
Students and life are a bit like that. As teachers we try to give shape but it works best when things break out of moulds, work with other parts and flex.Sent from my iPad
